Leading the Campaign Forward
When a pebble falls into a pond, it creates a ripple. Over time, that ripple grows, moving the water far beyond where the pebble first landed.
In the spring of 2024, the Home embarked on its first capital campaign in 20 years. The goals were clear – expand and improve the 20-year-old campus, expand and enhance programs to serve more youth, and build the base for a financially sustainable future. Before launching the campaign, the Home partnered with The Curtis Group to conduct a planning study and guide the early phases, helping lay the groundwork for the vision ahead.
To help bring this vision to life, the Home assembled a Campaign Leadership Committee. This dedicated team of board members, community leaders, and staff stepped forward to guide the work, offer strategic insight, and invite others to join this journey to help more youth find their way forward.
Together, their belief has created a ripple that continues to grow.

For nearly two years, this group has worked diligently to plan, champion, and secure the resources needed to move the needle. To date, their leadership has helped raise 64% of the campaign goal. Through countless phone calls, meetings, and conversations, they have inspired nearly 60 others to step forward — a ripple that continues to widen.
Because of their efforts, construction is underway on two new homes, and support is building for new and expanding programs that will open doors for even more young people.
We are deeply grateful for this team’s leadership, belief, and perseverance. Their commitment is helping build the future of the Home — and shaping what’s possible for every young person who walks through our doors.
