The Children’s Attention Home 40+ member team is dedicated to providing the care and support needed for teens and young adults ages 13-20. The Home provides a residential environment where youth can experience stability, build relationships, and take their next steps—whether that’s reunification, a permanent placement, or moving toward independence. From the day to day operations to the future direction of the Home, every individual teammate leaves a lasting impact on the lives of our children.
Due to the nature of our work and the level of care required, all candidates must meet state and federal standards and agree to a SC Central Registry check and/or applicable state background checks, SLED background check, and fingerprinting.

Competitive Pay
We offer competitive compensation packages that include bereavement leave, jury duty leave, and additional benefits that may apply based on an employee’s position, such as shift differentials, time and half pay for holidays, and eight paid holidays for regular full time employees.
Healthcare
We offer two health plans (1) to all regular full time employees, their spouse, and their dependents. The Home also offers an HSA matches dollar for dollar up to first $500 contributed each benefit year (2). Children’s Attention Home even covers a portion of the premium for employee, spouse, and dependent coverage.
The Home also offers a dental plan that includes orthodonture coverage and a vision plan to all regular full time employees, their spouse, and their dependents.
