Nurturing Growth and Independence

Through aftercare services, the Home can continue encouraging youth on their journey. Staff at the Home reach out to former residents to provide updated resources, learn of new opportunities for growth, and check-in to make sure their transition to adulthood and independence is going as smoothly as possible. 

For the Home, it is not enough to simply provide for these teens and young adults while they are on campus. For many of the teens in our care, the Home becomes part of their safety net and a resource on which they can depend. Our responsibility is to help every individual achieve their maximum potential based on where they are and where they want to be.
