For nearly two decades, Bojangles has proudly partnered with the Children’s Attention Home, serving up hope, resources, and opportunity to youth in need. Since CEO Joe Drury first connected with the Home in 2007, Bojangles has provided everything from essential daily support to career‑building opportunities, uplifting young people determined to build brighter futures.

As an annual partner, Bojangles and its employees consistently extend a helping hand to the Home. One of the most cherished traditions is the annual Bojangles Christmas Party, where youth receive personalized gifts and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Bojangles for both youth and teammates. While this celebration is a holiday highlight, it represents just one part of the company’s broader commitment to creating meaningful change.

“It is our commitment to serve the needs of our communities,” said Ken Reynolds, Director of Corporate & Community Affairs. “From providing financial support and hosting holiday parties to offering educational experiences in culinary arts and restaurant management, we strive to help the Home reach its goals in serving youth.

Beyond the holidays, Bojangles, along with several regional franchisees and employees, supports the Home’s annual Heart of the Home Benefit Luncheon. Each year, Bojangles teammates value the opportunity to come together and hear the stories of youth whose lives are impacted through the Home’s programs.

The partnership extends to leadership as well. Over the years, several Bojangles executives have served on the Home’s Board of Directors, including Board Emeritus member and retired CEO Randy Kibler, who served for nearly a decade and remains involved through multiple committees. Today, Marshall Scarborough, Bojangles’ Vice President of Menu and Culinary Innovation, serves on the Home’s Board, bringing professional expertise and personal dedication that further strengthen the connection between the company and the Home.

The staff and program directors go above and beyond to provide stability, structure, and opportunities for youth to succeed in school and in life.” - Marshall Scarborough
