The day after we celebrate Thanksgiving‬ and all we've been given, four days of mass consumption commence on Black Friday through Cyber Monday. It's ironic that the day after we express our gratitude for what we've been given, that we go out to get more. What if we all took a day to give back a small portion of what we have to help others instead of ourselves?

Introducing #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to celebrating philanthropy and giving back. Now in it's fourth year, #GivingTuesday is held on the Tuesday following Thanksgving as a response to the consumerism that follows the national day where we give thanks for what we have.

How Can I Participate?


Great question! The Children's Attention Home, along with many other agencies in Rock Hill and York County, are participating in the first ever #RockHillGives day on Tues, Dec 1, 2015. There are many ways you can show your support for the Children's Attention Home on that day.

The Children's Attention Home, like many other community agencies, require tremendous support from our community to carry out our mission. Every dollar makes a difference in the lives of the children we love and care for every day. Help us prepare for the holidays by providing some of the needs on our wishlists!
