The L.Y.G.H.T. program supports, honors, and listens to youth in foster care who are grieving. This grief-informed and trauma-informed intervention is facilitated by supportive adults who acknowledge the challenges and transitions youth experience while navigating the foster care system.
We recognize the importance for youth to have a safe space of community, connection, and relatedness.
